When first received, tried on the 1st level-had to go up to 3rd level to feel the "real difference." I have BOTH pronation and supination, more so on the supination. ALL my footwear shows the wearing on the heels quite visible-all the outer heels are worn down. And I've noticed in the last 10 years HOW MUCH my feet have tingled when walking. AND, since haven't been exercising as I should be, the feet have gotten worse. Have tried OTHER foot solutions (over-the-counter types, Dr Scholl's, and Copper Fit Arch Relief) and neither seemed to relieve the tingling pain. YOURS HAVE WORKED, thank you!!!
