They extend the entire length of your shoe, which make them perfect when replacing insoles in running and walking shoes. They are easily trimmed with a scissor to fit your shoes perfectly. If you do a lot of walking or running or you intend to use your Superthotics in running or walking shoes you will find Relief Cushions extremely valuable. Our cushiony, high density foam is made to last and is fused to a cool, smooth, long lasting, fabric cover so your feet will slide right into your shoes.
