They are comfortable enough but could be made better. The small insert into the orthotic does not stay in place (pops right out) and the whole orthotic moves forward and has to be pulled back (with your finger) to the heel of your shoes each time you put your foot in. I think these could be made better for the money.

Hi Noreen, Thanks for the review. :-) We’re sorry you had an issue with the arch supports popping out. We have sent you another pair free of charge. Regarding the inserts moving around, a few things should be checked: Make sure you have the correct size. Make sure you put the Superthotics inserts all the way back to the heel of the shoes. And lastly, you might experiment with taking out the factory inserts that came with your shoes before inserting the Superthotics insoles into the shoes. For additional security, comfort and shock absorption you can purchase our unique Superthotics Foam Inserts, which are designed to sit right on top of your Superthotics.
