





Dr. Briskin is a board-certified Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his residency at Flint General Hospital in Michigan and later established his own practice in Century City Hospital, where he served as Chief of Podiatric Surgery. In addition to co-founding the University Foot and Ankle Institute, Dr. Briskin also serves as an assistant clinical professor at the UCLA School of Medicine and is a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

Dr. Baravarian is a board-certified Podiatric Foot and Ankle Specialist. Before co-founding the University Foot and Ankle Institute with Dr. Briskin, Dr. Baravarian spent four years at UCLA and prior to that completed a comprehensive three-year residency at the University of Pittsburgh with an emphasis on sports medicine, reconstructive surgery, foot and ankle trauma and diabetic limb salvage. Dr. Baravarian is also a Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and one of only a handful of foot and ankle surgeons to have both foot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle certifications as a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is currently a member of UCLA Medical Group, Chief of Podiatric Surgery at Santa Monica/UCLA Medical Center and Orthopedic Hospital, and an assistant clinical professor at the UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Baravarian also serves as Editor Emeritus of the international medical journal, Foot and Ankle Specialist.
